Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you receive your goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us within this period.

The product must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, as well as for ensuring that the item is securely packaged, sent to the correct address, and delivered to us. The right of withdrawal does not apply to gift cards, used goods, clearance items, or in the event of business closure.

Once a return has been approved, the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days from the date the return has been received and approved. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Complaints

If a product is defective or incorrect, you have the right to submit a complaint in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Please contact us so that we can jointly agree on a suitable solution, such as a price reduction or replacement.

All complaints must be approved by us before the item is returned. If, upon inspection, the product is not considered defective, the complaint may be rejected in accordance with applicable legislation. We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) in the event of disputes.

Any approved refund will be processed within 14 days from the date of an approved complaint, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
