International orders

Petror.se delivers orders to all countries where our shipping carriers allow deliveries. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, the available shipping options, total cost, and estimated delivery time will be displayed.

For customers within the EU, 25% Swedish VAT is included in our prices. If you are ordering within the EU, you will therefore not have to pay any additional VAT or import charges upon delivery.

For orders to countries outside the EU, no Swedish VAT is charged. In this case, the customer may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, and any other applicable fees when the shipment arrives in the destination country. These costs are paid by the customer and are unfortunately beyond Petror.se's control.

Petror.se is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control.

The customer is responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information and, where applicable, for complying with the import regulations in the destination country. Petror.se is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Our shop policies and terms and conditions also apply to customers ordering from abroad. This includes, among other things, the right to cancel an order and the right to make a complaint. Consumers always retain the rights provided by applicable law.
