International orders

Petror.se delivers orders to all countries within the delivery areas supported by the respective shipping carriers. When you enter your delivery address at checkout, available shipping options, total costs, and estimated delivery times will be displayed.

Swedish law applies to all customers. This includes, among other things, a 14-day right of withdrawal and the right to file complaints in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and other potential charges may apply. These costs are borne by the customer and are outside Petror.se’s control.

For international orders, all other store policies and terms also apply. This includes, for example, that Petror.se is not responsible for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as incorrect address details provided by the customer or delayed customs processing.
