Order & payment
To place an order on Petror.se, you first add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. There, you enter your delivery address and contact details, and select your preferred shipping method and payment option. You can then complete the payment and finalize your purchase. Once the order has been placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
Payment options
Credit/Debit card: Pay easily with your credit or debit card. All card payments are securely processed by Stripe, a payment service provider that enables businesses to accept online payments.
Swish (only for swedes): Swish is a fast and convenient mobile payment method. Select “Manual payment” at checkout and follow the instructions to enter the correct recipient and amount. If you send the payment to the wrong number, we are unfortunately unable to assist you. If an incorrect amount is sent, we will contact you to arrange payment of the remaining balance. If the correct amount is not received, the order will be cancelled and any received funds will be refunded.
Google Pay & Apple Pay: If you use either of these services, you can select them at the top of the checkout under “Express checkout.” In most cases, you will not need to manually enter your delivery details, as they are stored in your Google or Apple account.
Invoice: If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, association, or public sector entity, payment by invoice is available. Please contact us in advance for further instructions. Invoicing is handled via PayPal’s invoicing service.
