Shipping costs

The shipping cost, which includes shipping, packaging, and handling, is automatically calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery address. It is always displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method at checkout. The estimated delivery time is clearly displayed when choosing a shipping option. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time by up to three (3) business days in cases such as illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Greater deviations in delivery times may occur, for example during holiday periods. In such cases, we will always provide clear information on our website and other communication channels regarding any applicable changes.

Shipping method and tracking

We use PostNord, DSV (formerly Schenker), DHL, and UPS for the delivery of our orders. In the checkout, you can select your preferred shipping method. Available shipping options may vary depending on the order’s size, weight, and delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. If you have chosen a trackable shipping method, the email will also include a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment.

We also offer free pickup in Linköping (Valla). Please contact us prior to placing your order to arrange a pickup time.

Non-tracked delivery

If you choose a non-tracked delivery, the shipment cannot be followed during transit. This means that the ability to locate the parcel in the event of a delay is limited. Consequently, it may take longer than usual to determine whether a shipment is delayed or lost, as well as to take any necessary action.
