Uncollected shipment
If you do not collect your parcel or refuse the delivery, the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, you will be charged for the costs incurred, including return shipping and a handling fee (up to 150 SEK).
Prices & VAT
All prices are subject to change due to factors such as clearance sales, price adjustments, or currency fluctuations. Any discounts are always based on the regular price.
Firma Melker Nordström is not VAT registered, which means that no VAT is added to the listed prices. However, for orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges may apply.
Gift cards & discount codes
Gift cards and discount codes are valid until further notice, or until any potential termination of the business. In the event of a planned closure, this will be communicated in good time on our website.
Discount codes cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability & force majeure
We are not liable for any damage that may occur from the use of our products. We are also not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, fire, strikes, pandemics, or disruptions involving carriers or other third parties.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided when placing an order is accurate, including delivery address and contact details. The customer is also responsible for having the right to use the selected payment method, as well as for following the applicable instructions regarding payment, returns, and complaints. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or other issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer or from the customer’s failure to fulfil these obligations.
Minors
To complete a purchase with us, you must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity, or the purchase must be made with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Product information
Product images and product descriptions are intended to provide as accurate a representation of the product as possible. Minor variations in appearance may occur without affecting the product’s functionality. Product names are not always literal. For example, the term “magnetic jar” does not mean that the entire jar is magnetic, but rather that it has an attached magnet.
